Louise is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and currently works within sport and performance, as a Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist, and inpatient healthcare settings, as a Mental Health Practitioner. Louise is a former athlete, competing internationally in powerlifting, and understands the physical, psychological, emotional, and social demands placed upon student-athletes competing at a high level.


Louise is based in Hertfordshire and is currently working with athletes, coaches, parents, and wider support staff within multiple sports, including football, gymnastics, hockey, athletics, powerlifting, tennis and motorsport. Through a variety of interactive group workshops, observations, and individual consultations, Louise assists clients with preparing for the demands of competition, whilst providing clients with psychological tools to enhance both their performance and mental well-being.
