Louise is currently working towards becoming a qualified Sport and Exercise Psychologist (registration with the Health and Care Professions Council) with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Louise is a former athlete, competing internationally in powerlifting, and understands the physical, psychological, emotional, and social demands placed upon student-athletes competing at a high level.

Louise is based in Hertfordshire and is currently working with athletes, coaches, parents, and wider support staff within multiple sports, including football, gymnastics, hockey, athletics, powerlifting, tennis, skateboarding, and motorsport. Through a variety of interactive group workshops, observations, and individual consultations, I assist clients with preparing for the demands of competition, whilst providing clients with psychological tools to enhance both their performance and mental well-being.
