Highlight 1: the Project for Treating Sewage Discharged by Shenhua Baotou’s Coal-to-olefin Project
New-type multiplicative biological filters
Aerobic digesters adopt the high-efficiency swivel aerators designed based on the patented technology of the Group.
Honors: Excellent EPC Contractor of Shenhua Group for 2008
Model for High-quality Operation of Shenhua Group for 2008
Excellent EPC Contractor of Shenhua Group for 2009
Highlight 2: The EPC Project of Water Treatment Facility Owned by Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. Affiliated to Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd.
The sewage treatment system combines the multistage tandem technology and the SBR process. With the SBR process divided into many anoxic and aerobiotic phases which take place alternately at certain time intervals, the system can remove organic matters more effectively, thus ensuring that the high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater can be up to standards after treatment.
Heterogeneously catalytic oxidation technology is used for treating concentrated water. The highly active heterogeneous catalytic packing and the produced Fe3+ work together to generate FeOOH interphase crystalline precipitates, catalyze and produce more hydroxyl radicals, and demonstrate the extremely strong oxidizability, thus reducing the pharmaceutical dosage and the amount of sludge produced.
Highlight 3: the Project of Water Desalting Facilities as Part of the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project Owned by the Power Station, a Supportive Facility to the Yuntianhua 10-million-ton Oil Refining Base in Yunnan
By taking the features of water quality into account, the dual-chamber, floating anion & cation beds are installed to enhance the quality of discharged water and occupy less land than before by using the process of combining weak and strong resins and the high flow rate.
The regenerated waste liquor and wash water of ion exchanges are discharged separately so that proprietors can reclaim waste acid and alkali conveniently.
The wash water of ion exchanges if being in comparatively good quality will flow back to the original water tank automatically, in a bid to save the water consumption and reduce the amount of water discharged.
The acid & alkali storage tank is placed on the overhead platform above the reclaim facility, thus using less pipelines and area of land occupied.
Highlight 4: the Project of Reclaimed Water Deep Treatment Facility for SDIC’s Ili 2×330MW Thermal Power Plant
The project adopts the latest efficient settling pond system. The introduction of the unique sludge backflow and diversion response process manages to improve the reaction efficiency.
With the rapid, efficient variable void design, the filter operates at a high speed and backwashes filter materials thoroughly which won’t harden, featuring a high degree of automation.
The complete equipment for lime storage and measurement unit the project has employed can operate, wash, and switch milk of lime pumps automatically, thus reducing the possibility of pipe blockage.
